Usará dicho lapso para analizar y responder las objeciones presentadas por entes de control.

La Comisión Nacional de Televisión, máximo ente regulador de la televisión en Colombia, la Comisión Nacional de Televisión (CNTV), aplazó ocho días hábiles la fecha de cierre de la licitación para la adjudicación del tercer canal privado de televisión, que se había fijado para el 10 de diciembre del 2009.

La nueva fecha será el 22 de diciembre próximo.

En dicho lapso la entidad analizará las peticiones de revisión de la parte financiera de la adjudicación, hechas en días pasados por la Contraloría y la Procuraduría.

De hecho, Juan Andrés Carreño, director de la CNTV, dijo que se contemplará la posibilidad de que esta parte se maneje mediante subasta, aunque reiteró que las condiciones relacionadas con los requerimientos de contenidos, que deben presentarse con la oferta, se mantendrán como están hasta el momento.

De igual manera, en este tiempo adicional la CNTV estudiará la solicitud de suspensión del proceso presentada por los representantes de los grupos económicos Prisa de España y Cisneros de Venezuela.

Se espera que los días adicionales afecten la fecha de adjudicación, que por ahora está para el primero de febrero del 2009.
